What's Special:
Focused Flavor: Unlike our complex base syrups, this one focuses on two main notes: the tart acidity of hibiscus and the fruity base of orange.
Versatility: It's a chameleon. It works beautifully in tequila drinks (Margarita), vodka drinks (a Cosmopolitan twist), and as a spritz variation.

Aged Mescal BAGINBOX 10l
This is the aged version of our unique, agave-free smoky spirit. The aging process on wood mellows the spirit and adds layers of complexity and smoothness.
What's Special:
Aged on Wood: The key difference is the aging process. We use a combination of Burnt Wood and Smoked Wood to mature the spirit. This not only deepens the smoky flavor but also imparts notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice, similar to a barrel-aged spirit. Richer,
Deeper Base: We use a significantly higher amount of rose hips in the aged version. This creates a richer, fruitier, and more jam-like foundation that stands up to the intense smoke and wood. Earthy & Savory Core: The base of hemp seeds and salt remains, providing the signature nutty, earthy, and mineral-like character that defines our Mescal style.
Flavor Profile: Intensely smoky and woody on the nose. The palate is much rounder and smoother than the un-aged version, with notes of dark fruit jam, vanilla, and toasted nuts, all wrapped in a blanket of elegant, lingering smoke.

Hop-Driven: The use of Mandarina and Mosaic hops is our signature. This provides unique notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and a pleasant bitterness, like in a craft IPA. Tropical & Fresh Fruit: We use fresh pineapple and mango in the infusion, giving it a juicy, bright character that is anything but a traditional dry gin.
Complex Herbal & Spice Blend: A huge list of botanicals including juniper, lavender, catnip, coriander, and angelica root provides a classic gin backbone, but it's the fresh, fruity top notes that define it.

Deep Coffee Base: We use both high-quality whole bean coffee and strong granulated coffee for a deep, rich, and multi-layered coffee flavor.
Complex Spice & Aroma: The addition of cacao husks, cloves, pimento, and tonka beans is what makes this truly special. Our tribute to a classic Italian digestif, made with an obsessive focus on one perfect ingredient: Amalfi lemons.

The Ultimate Lemon: We use only genuine Amalfi lemons. Unlike regular lemons, these are incredibly aromatic, larger, and have a sweeter, more fragrant peel with less bitterness. Their oil is the soul of true Limoncello. Pure & Simple: This recipe is intentionally minimalist. There are no complex spices or botanicals. It's a pure, clean infusion of high-proof neutral spirit, water, sugar, and the vibrant zest of Amalfi lemons. The quality comes from the ingredient, not the process.

Our aromatic sour base and one of our most important secret weapons. This is why our sours taste different from anywhere else.
What's Special:
Kaffir Lime: This is the heart of the syrup. Instead of just relying on lemon acid, Kaffir lime provides an incredibly intense, fresh, and exotic citrus aroma that is far more complex than regular limes.
Long Pepper & Cardamom: These spices give the acidity a warm, spicy, and almost perfumed depth. This makes the syrup complex and prevents it from tasting merely "sour."
