Complex Bitter Base: We use a blend of rhubarb and cinchona bark for a deep, earthy, and multi-layered bitterness that isn't just one-note.

Floral & Spice Core: Aromatic notes come from hibiscus, rose petals, cloves, pimento, and cinnamon. This gives it a warmth and floral character you won't find anywhere else. Oak-Aged: A subtle hint of oak wood rounds out the spirit, adding smoothness and a touch of vanilla-like complexity.

Flavor Profile: A perfect balance of bitter and sweet. It starts with bright citrus and rhubarb, moves into a warm spice and floral mid-palate, and finishes with a pleasant, lingering bitterness.
