What's Special:

Kaffir Lime: This is the heart of the syrup. Instead of just relying on lemon acid, Kaffir lime provides an incredibly intense, fresh, and exotic citrus aroma that is far more complex than regular limes.

Long Pepper & Cardamom: These spices give the acidity a warm, spicy, and almost perfumed depth. This makes the syrup complex and prevents it from tasting merely "sour."

Flavor Profile: Intensely sour, but carried on a wave of exotic citrus and warm spice notes. Highly aromatic.
